Level System
A European system that places technicians at different levels based on their experience, education, and retention of clientele. Level 1 would be someone newly licensed (but fully trained by Studio East) and Level 4 would be someone licensed, fully trained, and they have furthered themselves with industry education or certifications. Any growth or promotion of a technician is reflected by a level change. New talents, our future professionals, are apprenticing at Studio East for their State Board license.

Appointments over 90 minutes, at Studio East must be secured with a credit card at the time of reservation. A full fee will be charged to your credit card for cancellations and appointments missed without a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours notice. |
